The study presents an SEM-based approach for visualizing and mapping sequence-specific protein–DNA interactions on long DNA molecules, offering a valuable tool for gene regulation and genome engineering research.

. We will newly start a project to complete the DNA sequence of human Y chromosome in collaboration with research teams of Sogang Univ, Sungkyunkwan Univ, and Korea Univ.
This new ambitious attempt will be supported by the Samsung Science & Technology Foundation.
